Acrobat documents require the free reader software, downloadable from Adobe Systems. Over the past several years, the pdf format has served to standardize the posting of online documents. While printing directly from web pages can yield unpredictable results at best (most notably poor pagination), a document in the Acrobat format will appear — and print — exactly as its author intended.

In addition to preserving the original format, Acrobat lends powerful interactivity to the document with such features as internal and external linking along with form support. We at AlarMax urge you to add the Acrobat Reader tool to your arsenal of PC productivity software.
